One of our customers is experiencing the issue whereby the LM fails to activate.
Activation log shows
Product activation failed; please contact Laserfiche Support for assistance. (Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority 'activation.laserfiche.com'.)(984)
Tool exited with status code: -2.(984)
I've look on the LF support site but error 984 doesn't seem to exist. Can anyone from Laserfiche please comment on more information relating to error 984.
