Form fields are not populating in Laserfiche template

I have 6 fields in Forms, there is a lookup rule for for 3 fields to populate the other 3 fields, it is Dynamic Fields.

I have a Laserfiche template that has the 6 Dynamic Fields for the 6 fields that will be populated by the same 6 Dynamic Fields created in the Laserfiche Form.

After submitting a test Form, only the Parent Fields in the Laserfiche template is populated.

Is this a correct behavior or I just missed a setting somewhere?

It is working now, for others that are having the same issue like what I had and this is for LF Forms 9.0.

I remember that i had to change the SQL DB for the Lookup Rules in LF Forms for the 3 field

steps:
1. removed all Lookup Rules that the 3 fields are using
2. publish Form
3. add the Lookup Rules again
4. Remove the "Read Only" for the 3 fields
5. Publish

If i dont following those exact steps, it will not work.

Levi, just to clarify. You are using Retrieve Form Fields in Workflow followed by Assign Field Values, right? Are you setting all 6 fields or are you only setting the parent fields in Assign Field Values?

Yes, Im using Retrieve Laserfiche Forms Content step in WorkFlow and setup all 6 fields in assign field values WF activity.

Are you using workflow to assign field values based on the values retrieved from Forms? Can you do following checks:

1. check whether all the fields have value submitted from Forms results page

2. check whether all the values for fields in the repository are assigned if the fields in the Laserfiche template not using dynamic fields.

I checked the all the fields in the repository can get correct value even when the fields use dynamic fields in the repository with my testing.

1. Yes, the template has 22 fields total, it grabbed all from the Forms except for the 3 field.

2. What to do mean by assigned?

1. So the 3 fields that have no value in the repository are also configured to grab value from Forms fields? And the Forms fields do have value submitted?

2. For assigned, I mean whether they can grab value if the fields are not using dynamic fields in the repository.

i noticed in the WF and checked the details of the test Form submission, i edited the WF to before assigning field values to the template, i added Create Entry activity and the Entry Name is setup to use 1 of the field value that was not transferring to the metadata and looked into the error message of the test Form submission and i got an error saying:

Value cannot be null. Parameter name: The argument 'entry name' can not be null. [0103-WF6] which tells me that the field value in Forms is not being captured by WF.
