Forms Security only showing Laserfiche Groups?

Hello,

We have a repository that is filled with Laserfiche named users. They are on the Rio licensing model. When we go to the Security page, we can only see Laserfiche groups and not users. The user we are logged in has all of the access rights/privileges possible. Anyone have any idea why this is? We have tried to "sync" while logged into forms from the Laserfiche server, however, Forms is installed in a DMZ. The users are Laserfiche named users with an AD tie in. Thanks!

So all the users that are missing are Laserfiche named user not Directory named user right? Are these user granted with full named user or retrieval named user. Only full named user will be synchronized into Forms. If the issue still exist, please open an support case and provide more detail information such as what the Forms version and what errors logged during synchronization.

That's correct. These users that are not showing up are designated as Full Laserfiche (Not directory) users in the Admin console.
