How can I set windows authentication to work as single sign on from my website to laserfiche webaccess?

I will login to my website using windows authentication then I will click on LF webaccess link and Laserfiche webaccess should skip and auto login into it.

Are Web Access and the LF server in the same machine? 
Have you gone through the Kerberos configuration as detailed in the following kb article? https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1012024
If you have not, you should do that first.

You should also configure your Browser: https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1012025;
https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1013298 and apply the latest hotfix for ASP.net if you have not done so already.
