We are busy testing the new functionality of Web Access 9.2. One of the new features is meant ot be the following:
"Web Access now supports opening a PDF directly in a new browser tab."
I would like to confirm the understanding of the above statement.
- does it mean that when opening a PDF document that does not have generated pages, will now open inside the Web Client as a new Tab showing the Metadata etc like a normal Image would?
- Or does this mean the PDF opens in a completely new Browser Tab outside the client? almost like adding a new tab to go to a different web page.
The reason I ask is that my assumption was the intended application was to be as described in point 1, however we are experiencing the behaviour to be that of point 2.
