Unable to see DocuSign options in Web Access

Despite having installed the Laserfiche Web Import Service, and following all of the instructions to connect to my existing DocuSign account (after changing all of my account settings on the DocuSign end, modifying the DocuSignConnectService\config.xml file and Web Access Config files), there isn't a DocuSign Account section under Settings / General in Web Access.

Is there a step I'm missing to make this option available?  Possibly a service I need to start, or something else I need to change in one of my config files?

Anyone with suggestions, please let me know - thanks as always!

Hi Marty,

I'm not seeing the DocuSign Integration as part of your organization's Laserfiche products. You can contact your reseller who can then coordinate with our Order Desk to make sure that your organization's order was properly fulfilled.

I think I have ran into the same issue, was this the fix for the Docusign option to appear in the Web Client settings menu?

I can't speak for Marty, but I can see that his organization does have a license for the DocuSign integration now.
