Two sided print

Any ideas as to why we cannot print two sided out of Laserfiche but if we export the document as a PDF and then do a print to the printer it works?  They have a Sharp MX-5111N and it is set to 2-sided Tablet.  Doing it from a PDF or a PDF that is exported out of Laserfiche works fine.  But doing a Print right from Laserfiche (and making sure the the properties were correct).

What version of the Laserfiche Client is being used? Laserfiche 9.0.2 and higher contains the following fix:

The Auto-detect page orientation option no longer causes Laserfiche to ignore other print options (e.g., the number of copies to print). (101194)

Printing as simplex vs duplex is another option that was ignored when using the "Auto-detect page orientation" option in 9.0.1 and earlier.
