Secrets of the Top Digital Cities and Counties

 

Each year, the Center for Digital Government conducts extensive research into the priorities, trends, and technologies used by leading cities and counties across the country.  Dugan will explore how you can learn from-and keep up with-those cities and counties to leverage technology to better serve the public.

 

In this session, you will learn:

  • Key findings from the 2014 Digital Cities and Counties Surveys that highlight emerging opportunities for improvement.
  • Trends influencing the direction of "digital government" and best practices for meeting these demands.
  • Tactics used by leading digital government organizations to achieve cost savings, greater efficiency, and better service delivery.
