Trouble synching users in form security

Hello

I'm new to forms and just performed my first install.  I added a couple of named users within the LF admin console through windows authentication.  I then opened my form security page and the only user listed is admin.  I tried hitting the synchronize users button but still no luck.  Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

What type of named users have you added? Laserfiche named user or Windows named user? For Laserfiche named user, Forms will only synchronized the users belong to the repository configured in Forms Configuration site.  If you are using Rio Laserfiche server, please make sure the named user license are full license for Forms won't synchronize retrieval named users.

I am experiencing the same issue at one of my customer sites. What ended being your resolution?

Hi these are Windows Named Users.  They are using avante.  They are listed as named users in the lf admin console under the named users section.
