Create Document Filter in Audit Trail

I've been told this previously, but just wanted to confirm since an issue has currently come up.  The "Create Document" filter in Audit Trail includes documents that were scanned, imported (drag/drop, etc), and entered via Snapshot, correct?  It isn't just documents that were entered in via scanning?

There is no distinction between documented created by scanning, importing, Snapshot, Quick Fields, Workflow, SDK, etc. as far as the server or Audit Trail are concerned. So, yes, it's all documents regardless of the creation method
