The Laserfiche server doesn't have any knowledge about the original source of the pages that client applications send it, so this is not something that shows up in the audit data.  For this sort of report, you'll need to rely on your business processes, like are there certain machines used only for scanning?  Or certain templates only used for scanned documents?
