A client has an old Ricoh IS330DC scanner, is it compatible with Avante 9.2 and Scan Connect?
It should work fine. Just be sure to download the latest ISIS driver from the manufacturer's website. Generally speaking, as long as the scanner has a valid ISIS driver, then it should work with ScanConnect. Most scanner options available in the driver should be supported, with the exception of auto color detection. If there are specific issues being encountered with any given scanner, it's recommended to open a case with Laserfiche Support.
