This will be very difficult to troubleshoot via Answers without a screenshot of the workflow or explanation of what the workflow is doing.  Please provide this information so we can have a better idea of what may be happening.  Without seeing the workflow, I would guess that it's trying to move something like a record folder/series to a standard Laserfiche folder, which isn't allowed.  That's a total shot in the dark, though.
