In Laserfiche Forms at one of my customer companies, the file upload button ("Choose Files") is not working on IE 9, but it works on Firefox. What may be causing this? IE settings?

The customer's local IT staff tried adding the Forms site to Trusted Sites, and that did not help. Then they upgraded one of the Citrix servers to IE11, and that made the difference. So, problem solved. 
Does it work with IE10?
Hi, Raymond. Not tested yet. Some of this customer's users access LF Forms via Citrix. Their Citrix servers are all currently provisioned with IE 9. (Upgrade to IE 11 is under consideration, but not scheduled yet.) The IE security settings are managed by Group Policy. The customer's local IT staff asked me to inquire about what settings may be applicable to this situation.
Please add the Forms site to the trusted websites and have a try.
