cant download Ricoh Connector?

Is the link broken?  I have a customer that needs this software to setup their new Ricoh MFC.

Please try downloading the Laserfiche Connector for Ricoh 1.1 again. The download link should be fixed.

Are you trying to download it for your customer or is your customer unable to download it themselves? Since the Ricoh Connector isn't part of the Laserfiche VAR Kit, you won't be able to download it unless you actually have the product. As for the customer, make sure that they have the product download role on the support site.
