I have a Memo form i am asking an employee to fill out. I then would like the manager they have selected from a drop down be notified they have completed the form. Then based on the option the employee selected, the manager would need to complete a secondary form. 

Is there a tutorial somewhere that shows how this can be completed?

You can list the username for the managers as the choices of the dropdown and use the dropdown's variable as the task participant so that the task can be dynamically assigned based on the employee's selection.
