Our browsers are showing the broken image - tried it in Chrome and Internet Explorer. Can view it fine on my smartphone. Any ideas?
I ended up simply rebooting the web server machine. Apparently the .net was not functioning correctly with another server that stores the images. Both servers were rebooted that morning and somehow they just didn't quite communicate to each other correctly. After rebooting the web server a second time - it worked fine.
To explain further - this happens on all images that I try to open via weblink.
It's odd that it works on one device but not on others. If the site is public, would you mind providing a link? Otherwise I would use the Chrome debugging tools (F12) to see what's going on. You should see the request for the image tile and the response might give you some idea what's going wrong. Also, there might be some information in the event viewer on the WebLink machine.
