hosting Quickfields and Workflow at Windows 7 machine

What are the disatvantage of hosting LF Server, Quickfields and Workflow sever at Windows 7 machine?

We have always hosted QF and WF on Win Server machines but I am just curious as what are the disadvantages if we host LF Server, QF and WF on a Windows 7 machine.

It would be fine for demos or very small production environments, but anything with a higher load than that, the OS, SQL and the 3 LF products will just fight each other for resources.
