I know we can use attributes to distribute customized column headers

I have specific customized Column headers and the option  "Remembered for each individual folder" is set.

When I export and import the attributes I am getting my custom profiles but it does not seem to assign them to the corresponding folders where they should be assigned.

ie. Amin user has Column profile "PO Process" assigned to PO Folder. I clear the USERS attributes, actually delete the inherited account, have the USER login they have the profile PO Process column header but it is not assigned to the PO Folder.

Should it retain the folder assignments?
