WebLink Launching error

Installed WebLink 8.2.2 on a Windows 2012 64Bit server. When Admin Utility is launched to configure, its generating the attached error messages. Not able to configure. Any suggestions?

Please make sure that the IIS 6 Management Compatibility Components are installed on the server.

As a follow up, WebLink 9 no longer requires the IIS 6 Management Compatibility Components.
