403 error accessing form from outside organization (public)

asked on October 21, 2014

Hi All,

Apologies if this may have been asked previously.  We have our forms server accessible outside our organization.  One of the forms we have created is a new employee signup.  We are having a hit and miss issue where random individuals are getting a IIS 403 error (see attached) when trying to access the form.  I can understand if it is all people but the fact that this is random is having me scratch my head.  Any guidance would be appreciated.  The server is exclusively used for LF Forms.  Nothing else is running on the box.  I'll try and fill in the blanks as required.

Maybe different browsers ? Are they all using same browsers ? Do you have windows authentication enabled on IIS ? Try disabling that and allow anonymous and form based authentication.

PS: Are they accessing from outside your domain or inside the domain ? You forgot to attach any file.

Can you attach the file so we can see what it is you are seeing?
