A customer has been scanning their member registration cards into LF in Color. When they started of in version 5 there was an option of scanning in JPEG and theimages were reasonable in size but in the current versions of LF all images are scanned as TIFF and this results in very large images for color scans.. The client does not use scanconnect and largely uses TWAIN scanning.

I wonder if there is a solution that we can give this client since they must scan the registration cards in color. I am told by some reliable sources they may be looking at an alternative solution largely due to this issue.
