Accela and Laserfiche are thrilled to announce an official partnership!  For years, our local government clients have been asking for a Laserfiche/Accela integration and we are excited to deliver on this demand. We will be sharing more about the partnership in a free webinar on November 5th at 2:00 pm ET/11:00 am PT. 

On the webinar, Emmie Niethammer, City Clerk of Chamblee, GA, will also be sharing how she uses the Accela Civic Engagement Platform (specifically the Legislative Management Solution) with Laserfiche, and how it has resulted in a decrease in paper consumption, reduced time spent compiling agendas, and lower costs.

Hi Katie,

 

Can you update the video to advise that Accela has sold their Laserfiche Accela integration to Granicus?  I spent over a month contacting the Accela contacts listed in the video in order to get support documentation for the Accela Laserfiche documentation, and Accela support finally advised that I needed to contact Granicus in order to get support documentation for this integration:

Hi, Jerry! Unfortunately, the third-party webinar producer is no longer hosting the video. However, you can find an overview of the legislative management integration from a different webinar (here).

Katie, as far as I can tell this is only for the legislative management portion of Accela, is that correct?

Hi Patrick, that is correct. The first phase of the Accela/Laserfiche integration is with the legislative management solution, and they plan to expand integration functionality at a later time.
