The Laserfiche server does not have a SOAP interface, so I don't think any of this applies.  If you need to expose some functionality over a SOAP web service, you can implement it with the SDK.

(If you aren't talking about SOAP, please give some context)

These are surely related to SOAP. As per your answer it means that we can implement web services or wcf using SDK and then we can use it. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Right, that's what I mean.  The SDK is full-featured, so any functionality you need can be made available over whatever protocol you need.

Can you please provide more information, how Web Access/Mobile is communicating with Laserfiche Server? Is it using any webservice/wcf service or SDK?

Those applications call json web services, which in turn use the SDK to talk to the Laserfiche server.  Those web services are not documented, are not stable, and are not available to other applications.
