Laserfiche Directory Server opening issue

Hi,

 

We installed Laserfiche Directory Server and once trying to open i get this error "Server Error in /LFDS Application, the resource can't be found HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly."

 

please advice as we could not continou with the installation

i had the same issue an resolved via support but there is also a KB article on it KB1013535 (3rd known issue). It arose when I installed LF server after Directory Server so different versions of .NET caused and IIS issue. Fixed in a few seconds thanks to Raymond!

I had the same issue, I went into the Directory Server 10.2 Installation in Autorun.exe as i was told to uninstall and reinstall by TectSupport after every avenue was tried.

I hit repair instead of uninstalling it and this resolved the issue for me.

 

 

Just something to try if all else fails :)
