About half of my users are getting the "Aw Snap" error in Google Chrome when completing a form. When they type in one field and tab to the next the get the error. If the type and click to the nexy field this does not appear. How can this be fixed?

For the users that run into this issue, can you confirm the exact version of Google Chrome that they are using? Is it a version prior to Chrome 36? If so, then can they upgrade to the latest version of Chrome and see if there's still an issue?

And this is an issue that you can recreate yourself in Chrome 38? Please contact your Laserfiche reseller to open a support case and provide the video that you have.

What version of Forms are you using? Can you take a video for how this issue is reproduced?

9.1, I have a video however answers will not allow that type of file upload.
