Our Forms was working well, a new Form was Completed (they only have one so far), Submitted, went into LF in the correct folder with all Template Fields filled out. We needed to change IP from :80 to :88. Everything else still works as before but the Completed Forms doesn't come into LF. An Error page comes in.  All Template information and Folder location is correct.  I know I must be missing something easy.
