There is another way to accomplish this if you have access to manage users in the Admin Console.

Under the Users node, right click on the user that has the saved search you want to copy. Go to properties, and find the Attributes tab. Scan through the attributes tab for any [Search] items. Select all the ones you want to transfer, and click the export button. Save the exported file somewhere. Then all you have to do is open up the Attributes tab for any other user and use the Import button to pull those searches in for another user. (this can be a little faster to deploy to multiple users than Connie's answer above). Unfortunately, you can't set attributes at the group level, so you do have to do this user-by-user.
