How do I add my windows account back in for access to my workflow server

Somehow overnight my Windows Account has been denied access to my workflow server. I am unable to find where to add it back in for access. Now when I open the designer it says I do not have permission to connect to the server.

There is a Security node in the WF Admin Console.
