WA issue with SSO giving a Access denied [9013] error

asked on October 15, 2014

Hi Everyone,

I am having a WebAccess issue with SSO giving a Access denied [9013] error when using URL from F5 Load Balancers. URL works if you input the Windows Domain Name / User Name and Password but not when “Use Windows Authentication” or "Use Auto Login" is selected.

We have a customer that has purchased Laserfiche RIO 9.1 running on a virtual multi-server environment for both Production and Development. They are using LF user accounts with Windows Trustees and SSO is working on the LF Client and with WebAccess when using the Web Server Name as part of the URL.  We used “Laserfiche Web Access 8 and Kerberos Configuration in a Windows Server 2008 and IIS 7 Environment” White Paper to set everything up and it is working great,

Only outstanding item is getting WA to work using URL from F5 Load Balancers.

Does anyone have any specific documentation / best practice to configure Laserfiche for F5 load balancer?

Thanks in advance!

Domenic

There are additional configuration steps that you need to take when getting Kerberos to work with a load balancer.  This white paper should be helpful.

What browser are you using? Do you get the same behavior regardless of browser (IE, Chrome and Firefox)?

Are the users who get this issue inside or outside of your domain?

What URL are they using inside the domain and outside of it?
