Laserfiche Directory Service Error (Object reference not set to an instance of an object.)

I receive this error when trying to navigate to the Laserfiche Directory Server from a local desktop on our network. This error does not occur when on the Web server itself.

Also, what Ports does Directory Service run on? We would like to verify the right ports are open on our firewall for Directory Service. I have this list of ports for Laserfiche applications, but it is not up to date. https://support.laserfiche.com/ow.aspx?Ports

Please look in the Event Viewer on the Directory Server machine under Applications and Services Logs\Laserfiche\Directory Service\WebAdmin. Is the error listed under Admin or Operations? Please post the entire message here.

Were you logged into Windows as the same user on both the server and the workstation?
