Signature fields doesn't work on tablet

I can not make this field works. When the form is loaded I have the buttons to validate the signature and erase it but I don't have the space to make it.

The tablet is a Toshiba Encore2 : OS Windows8.1 Pro. I've tried it with Internet Explorer 11 and Google Chrome 38.0.2125.104 m, nothing change.

The form has been import from another computer where signatures fields works (there are 2 signature fields)

Any idea on how to fix it ?

The signature field in Forms 9.2 is built in.

What version of Forms are you using?

Forms 9.2 support signature field in form, are you using that?

On both, computer and tablet I use the same Laserfiche Forms version : 9.1.0.1441

On computer (windows7 Pro) it works but not on tablet (Windows 8.1 Pro).

The code for the signature using Forms 9.1.1 or earlier is from a 3rd party and would be restricted to work with what they have made it compatible with. That being said, we were able to use it on a tablet running Windows 8.1 Pro (Surface 3) on IE only using the digitizer pen. Other browsers worked fine though.

Ok Blake thank you for your answer. What about Laserfiche Forms 9.2 ? Is this code integrated to Laserfiche forms or is it still a third party ?
