We'd like to set up both a text field and drop down to allow for multiple values in Forms so they can be mapped to multiple value fields in the Laserfiche template. Is this possible?
A field in Forms cannot be setup as a multi-value field, but you could create a table with the ability to have a row repeat. Then use Workflow to run through the table values to put into a multi-value field in Laserfiche.

I have just spoken to our Forms development team; there are no current plans to add this functionality. That being said, they are aware of your request and I will tag this post as a Feature Request so that it will be referred to as they are planning for the next release.
