Error 1904 LFImageEnable80.dll failed to register

I've recently needed to update a project to use Visual Studio 2012. This project worked fine in the previous versions, but is now giving an error during the installation process.

Error 1904. Module C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Laserfiche\LFObjects\LFImageEnable80.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147220473. Contact your support personnel.

I'm not really sure where to go from here. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

I am facing same issue but in a different scenario.

I have a custom built app using LF API/SDK. This works fine on couple of PCs but at one of the machine (with Win Server 2008R2 installed), when I try to run the installer (built using Install Shield in VS 2012) I get this error message just before the installation window finishes.
