in forms 9.1 forms were able to be published for public use. i dont see that option anymore. any idea where it is located?
You probably applied the incorrect license. You have to apply the forms portal activation key rather than just the forms activation key.
would i reconfigure in license manager?
I'm not sure how license manager works. With Avante, I just go to the ActivationTool.exe in the installation folder and run that. That creates a new license file that I just replace the license on the server.
Make sure that the Forms registration in License Manager includes the Portal allocation. If not, you can remove and recreate it, and then transfer the license over to your Forms Server.
had to associate portal again. when i removed original install file deleted configurations and deleted iss security that is why i couldnt connect to sql database because my account was not associated with formapp. thanks for your help blake and justin.
