Can i start a business process on a workflow that starts with a search repository activity?

I am trying to create a business process on a workflow that starts with a search repository activity. I am receiving the following error when I try to launch the workflow from the client:

Error Launching Business Process:

Entry: \ROOT FOLDER

Error Type: Network Error

Error Message: The remote server returned the following error: (403 Forbidden).

Do you have any other business processes running from this server that are started with the client?

It sounds like you need to go through the Workflow Configuration again and make sure the Web services are all setup.
