Hey Chad,

You can set up field rules such that when Field A is blank, show Field B (and have both be required).

When Field A is not empty, hide field B. Vice versa for Field B to A. When the field is hidden, it cannot be required. This will make it so that when one of the fields is filled in, the other will disappear, and thus, no longer be required.

They did want the option for the user to be able to enter both required fields if desired, however by adding additional yes no questions we worked around the issue with the same concept. Thanks!
