Forms database support

Will the new verison of Forms expand database support to ODBC-compliant databases? It would help our processes if we could fill in employee information based on an identification number lookup entered in Forms rather than needed to go through Workflow, too.

Are you referring to Forms 9.2? No, it still only supports SQL and Oracle.

Can forms 9.2 perform a DB query of LF (SQL), based on a key piece of information entered, via the portal?

Technically yes, because the LF SQL database is either MSSQL or Oracle.
