2014 Demo Repository Financial Aid – Award Letter Fill Out PDF Form (job_offer_contract) “The PDF file did not match

Whilst running the Financial Aid demo that was recently issued as part of the 2014 Demo Repository, the Fill Out PDF Form process within an instance of the “Financial Aid - Award Letter” workflow that uses the “job_offer_contract” master PDF form is reporting warning “The PDF file did not match”, which may explain why the saved PDF is not populated with Laserfiche template data.

 

Please can somebody advise me why this warning is being reported and how I can resolve the problem so that the saved PDF is populated with Laserfiche template data.

Hi John,

We've run into this a few times now, and are working with the Workflow team to find out why that's happening.  Not a big deal though!  You can just create a new Fill Out PDF Form activity and map the fields yourself the fields yourself in the Workflow Designer.  Pro tip: I'd recommend that you screenshot the current Fill Out PDF Form activity configuration, so you can set up everything again easily.

Hi Brett,

 

I have done the same and i have re-attached the PDF File, scratched the workflow for the 4 time and created a new one. I have attached the files over, created the Fill Out PDF Form Activity over and yet i still have the same issue as the attachment. I have the same issue with a client of mine as well. 

Is there anything else i have missed or which i can have a look at?
