Links to section headers in forms?

In one of our forms, we have over 20 sections so I added a group of links to the top of the page and some <a id="XXXXX"> tags to the underneath of the section titles so the links would bring me to the section quickly. 

 

After the upgrade to Forms 9.2, we are now seeing the HTML tags instead of them being hidden and the links are not working. Can anyone recommend a new solution to get these links working again?

You can take the links out of the section descriptions (which I assume is what you mean when you say "underneath of the section titles") and put them inside a custom HTML field directly under the section dividers themselves.
