We have a personnel status change form that needs approval from HR and then it goes to the City Manager for approval. Depending on his response an E-Mail is sent back to HR notifying them of the City Managers decision.
The task for HR approval goes to three people. Each person is responsible for certain departments in the City. Rather than try and maintain a table with these areas of responsibility (our org changes a lot) we decided to send the form to all three and they would decide which one is their's.
My question is, is there a way to E-Mail back to HR, after the City Manager's task is complete, to the person who actually approved the form in HR?
