LF error when saving a document

Dear All,

I have LF Rio 9.1.1.486 installed and am encountering this type of error.

When a user is trying to save a word document ( office 2013 on windows 8 VDI environment), he get is type of error message:

edouard word error msg.GIF (8.75 KB)

Hi Iqbal,

This is a Microsoft issue which is discussed here - http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_2013_release-word/word-had-trouble-reading-from-your-file/eaefe7ce-9da6-4d8c-a2b1-508dfdbe9b21

Seems it has something to do with a scratch file? This is talked about here - http://support2.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=211632
