Help with required File Upload not recognizing attached file

Hi,

 

We have a form that has a file upload field within a collection. This file upload field is required, and the collection is hidden and it shows when certain options are selected. When we add a file to this field and then submit the form, we get an error from forms asking to attach a file, even though the file is attached:

 

If we delete the file and attach it again, then the form allows to submit it. Forms version is 9.1.1.1522.

 

This is happening on both IE and Chrome. 

 

Any suggestions?

Hi Edgar,

 

Could you file a support case and attach your BP there so we can do further trouble shooting?

I tried this senario in 9.1.1.1522 but could not reproduce it.
