New LaserRepository @ 9.2 - Must it at first be applied at 9.1 and then upgraded?

The Configuration Guide of the new LaserRepository that has been available for download since 22nd September 2014 (see link below) states that the components that must be installed are Laserfiche 9.1, Workflow 9.1, Forms 9.1, Quick Fields 9.

My question is, can this new LaserRepository be used for a new Laserfiche VAR system at version 9.2 or must it be applied to a Laserfiche 9.1 system and that system then upgrade to 9.2 before the LaserRepository can be used at version 9.2 of Laserfiche?

The Laserfiche Server 9.2 will automatically update a 9.0/9.1 repository when you attach it. You may have to reindex the search catalog.

This applies to 8.x repositories as well in that attaching those to a 9.2 server will automatically update them.
