Error (0/0) in the search pane

Hi All,

 

The customer has noticed something strange when typing in to the search pane. The steps they take are.

 

  1. You type in the Client number
  2. Delete part of the value, and the previous value becomes a selection
  3. When you click on the selection, error message appears.

 

 

They have the attributes [Settings]CacheFieldValues & [Settings]MaxDropDownLength enabled and are using LF 9.1.1.548.

 

This only happens sometimes for multiple users on different machines. This makes is very difficult to troubleshoot.

 

Is this a known issue to Laserfiche as I can't find any KB article which mentions it?

This is a bug, thanks for pointing it out. We will look into fixing it.

 

For clarification, iIs this a list field or a dynamic field?

Hi Robert,

 

Sorry for the long awaited reply. Just noticed this now. It's a text field linked with an external table and is also the parent field for 1 linked child in dynamic fields.

Hi, Is there any solution for above error, we are having the same issue.

Using 10.4 client and having [Settings]CacheFieldValues & [Settings]MaxDropDownLength enabled

with Dynamic values text field.
