Synchronize Slowness Forms 9.2

In Forms 9.2 the synchronizing seems to be way slower than what it was in 9.1. It took over an hour to fully synchronize all accounts. Is there a way we can speed this up? Will it take this long every time?

I think I may have found the answer to this, but not sure how to resolve it. When I go to the cf_users table in our Forms database and query a users email address, I get multiple rows returned. For instance one query returned 5 rows. All 5 results have the same email address and all 5 are also have 1 set for the 'is_active' value. I'm assuming we are having problems because when the LDAP sync happens it's finding multiple results and is having a hard time with the multiple results for the same email address.

So now the question is, how do I fix this?

Hi Blake, can you help to check if their sids are all the same, if yes, that's their sync_expiry_date in the table? Also, how many LDAP users you have in total?

ZiAn, we have an open case with our VAR. I'm guessing it is a problem with that is in the users table because there are multiple entries with the same username, but different SIDs. I believe this is also linked to a few other issues as well that we also have support cases open for.
