I have installed Web Access on a server that is not on the domain that Laserfiche resides on in a RIO environment. I have it set up to prompt for Windows Credentials. If I manually type in domain\username and password, I get an error saying incorrect username or password. I've tested the same credentials on the LF client and it does work with the same account. I can change the authentication to prompt for Laserfiche credentials, and can get logged into web access using a Laserfiche account. The machine hosting web access is in the DMZ, outside of the domain, and is very locked down, the only ports I have open are port 80, 443, 5048, and 5049. Do I need something else open for it to be able to authenticate?
