Cannot open file 7361 when exporting contents

I continue to get the cannot open file 7361 error when attempting to export content data from the Laserfiche Client utility. I have thousands of folders/documents nested, and cannot afford to do them manually. Is there a method to skip these files that it cannot open, and continue? 

 

P.S. My version is old. I am using 7.2.1.0410.

Are you able to open the file and view it using the LF client itself?

When the error occurs, it doesn't specify which file it occured on.

Can you contact your VAR so can open a case for this issue? At the very least, we will need to see your lfs.log and error.log.

We no longer have support due to the age of the product.

7.2.1 is currently still supported.  Please contact your VAR so we can open a case and view the logs.

I don't think we have a valid support contract to open a case.
