Workflow error 9013 after it performs tasks

Hi, for some reason I`m getting an error 9013 after a workflow task executes.   Even though it says it can`t move the entry, the entry gets moved.  

The problem is that I have an email activity after a route activity and I`m not getting the emails sent. 

Any ideas?

Please open a case with support dpt, please provide a copy of the LOGS folder from the workflow installation path (in a zip\rar file) , include as well a copy of the workflow rule (as wfi file)

Can up open a support case so we can look at the rest of the logs?

Thanks Raymond, as a matter of fact you helped me a couple of weeks ago with the same problem.   I can do the activities manually but workflow can not.  I did exactly the same thing as last time, I ended up rewriting the workflows to see if they were corrupted but still did not work. 

This time I made a copy of an existing one, I will try to write it from scratch and see if this solves the problem.   It is a bit of a pain since I have about 15 of them.   Right now I have the problem with two of them.

Will let you know the results.

Rewriting the workflows is not going to solve the issue since this is an error from the Laserfiche Server.

Raymond I´m enclosing the log files, the registry and the suscriber.  The suscriber show no problem with the workflow,   The registry show en error 9013 even thohgh it gets executed.

From the Laserfiche administration console, login as admin user, check the volume properties and security, ensure the volume is not set as permanent or read only. It might be the case that the error message is not accurate or that is failing in the wrong activity.

Hi Shule, thank you very much for your hint, but the volume is not set as permanent nor read only.   This happened last week;  the workflows(8) were working fine and all of the sudden I started to get this error [9013].   I rewrote the workflows with the problem and they worked fine.   

I´ve been working on these workflows for a couple of days, making constant changes,  and is happening again.  The funny thing is that some activities get executed regardless, so is hard to find out where the problem resides.
