What are best practices for implementing ECM as a shared service?

Two "Top Digital Counties" recently chimed in on their tips, tricks, and best practices for implementing ECM as a shared service on a Center for Digital Government webinar. You can find a recap of the webinar on our ECM blog, if you'd like to learn more.

On a parallel topic, I will be highlighting 2 Business Analysis and Strategy classes a week (very soon) that we've scheduled for the Empower 2015 conference and one of them is discussing ECM as a Shared Service. Keep a time slot open to register for this class!
